What sizes of open frame touch monitors do you offer?
We offer standard sizes from 10.1″ to 43″, including 10.1″, 15″, 15.6″, 17″, 19″, 21.5″, 23.8″, 27″, 32″ and 43″. Custom sizes and aspect ratios are also available for project-based orders.
What is the difference between PCAP and IR touch screens?
PCAP (projected capacitive) touch offers a smooth, smartphone-like experience with multi-touch and a sleek flat front, ideal for indoor kiosks and retail terminals. IR (infrared) touch works with any object including gloves and stylus, and is more resistant to harsh environments, making it suitable for industrial and outdoor applications. We help you choose based on your project environment.
Do you support OEM and ODM customization?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM services including custom sizes, touch technologies, brightness levels (up to 1500 nits for outdoor use), interfaces, mounting structures, cover glass printing, housing design and logo branding. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
For standard models, sample orders of 1-2 units are accepted for evaluation. For customized models, MOQ is typically 50-100 units depending on the customization level. Contact us for project-specific arrangements.
What interfaces do your touch monitors support?
Standard configurations include HDMI, VGA, DVI, DisplayPort and USB touch interface. RS232, RJ45, GPIO and Android/Windows mainboard integration are available for touch PC and kiosk projects.
Which operating systems do your touch products support?
Our touch monitors work with Windows, Android, Linux. Touch PCs can be pre-installed with Windows 10/11, Android or Linux according to your software requirements.
What mounting options are available for kiosk integration?
We support VESA mount, panel mount, open frame mount, rack mount and wall mount. Our open frame series is designed for easy integration into kiosks, vending machines and self-service terminals with standard mounting ears or customized brackets.
How long is your lead time?
Standard samples: 7-10 working days. Mass production: 10-25 working days depending on quantity and customization. Custom projects with new tooling may take 30-45 days. We confirm the exact lead time with your quotation.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a standard 12-month warranty (extendable to 24-36 months for project orders). During the warranty period, defective units are repaired or replaced free of charge. Lifetime technical support is included for all products.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products carry CE, FCC, RoHS certifications. CCC, ETL or other market-specific certifications can be arranged for project orders upon request.
Do you ship to Southeast Asia? How is shipping arranged?
Yes, we regularly ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines. We support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms, by sea, air or express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We handle export documentation and can recommend reliable forwarders for your region.
