Frequently Asked Questions
Can the WM Series be installed in both landscape and portrait?
Yes. The enclosure is wall-mount ready in either orientation, and the on-screen display
supports 360° rotation, so the same unit works for menu boards, corridor signage and
portrait poster-style advertising. Ceiling-hanging installation is also supported.
How does remote publishing work?
The Android network version connects over Ethernet, Wi-Fi or optional 4G to the multimedia
publishing platform. From the server console you can edit split-screen programs, build
playlists, schedule or insert content, power terminals on/off, push firmware upgrades and
monitor the status of every screen remotely.
Can I order a custom color?
Standard finishes are elegant black and flowing silver. A gold finish is available as a
custom option — contact our sales team with your quantity and color reference for a quote.
What warranty and certifications are included?
Every WM display carries a 12-month whole-unit warranty and ships with certificate of
quality and warranty card. The series is CE, FCC and RoHS certified
(CCC available for domestic projects).
